I'm in the process of taking my teaching and practice of Rocket yoga to the next level! Rocket Yoga has transformed my practice, mind and understanding of what I came to yoga for. As I gain more knowledge I am able to help others as well. That's why I love what I do! David C. Kyle holds trainings in Puerto Rico and I'm looking for extra help to go study with him for a longer extent of time.
