Join Me and your fellow yoga enthusiasts at Nationals Park for Yoga in the Outfield presented by Kaiser Permanente! With the purchase of a special ticket, fans will be able to participate in a 45-minute postgame yoga session on the outfield grass and take home a Nationals-branded yoga mat.

Participants must complete the waiver and bring it to the game in order to be allowed on the field after the game for Yoga in the Outfield.

Come join me on this journey through life. I can be frequently seen doing handstands and arm balances all over the city, most especially in Lululemon Athletica in Georgetown and Tysons Corner where I am an Ambassador. I've practiced and studied Bikram, Ashtanga, Baptiste, CorePower Vinyasa and Rocket Yoga. I am 200hr RYT in Power Vinyasa and 200hr Lvl 2 Rocket Yoga trained. I also have a background in martial arts, love all aspects of the yoga practice (physical and spiritual), and I shared my love of yoga at the White House Easter Eggroll in 2015 and 2016.
